FRQZ Arts ("the shop") is operated by Furqan Owosho as a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. This policy explains what personal information is collected when an order is placed and how it is used.
What is collected
When an order is placed, the following information is collected through the checkout process: name, email address, shipping address, and payment details. Payment information is processed directly by Stripe and is not stored or accessible by FRQZ Arts.
When the contact form is used, the name, email address, and message content submitted are collected.
How it is used
Personal information is used solely for the purposes of fulfilling orders, communicating about order status, and responding to enquiries or claims. Shipping details are shared with the relevant print fulfillment partner (theprintspace or Printify) for the sole purpose of producing and delivering the order.
Third-party services
The shop uses the following third-party services which may process personal data in accordance with their own privacy policies:
Big Cartel (storefront and checkout), Stripe (payment processing), theprintspace / CreativeHub (print production and shipping), Printify (print production and shipping).
What is NOT done
Personal information is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. No marketing emails are sent unless explicitly opted into. No cookies are used for advertising or tracking beyond what Big Cartel requires for basic site functionality.
Data retention
Order records and customer details are retained for as long as necessary to fulfill orders, process claims, and comply with UK tax and accounting obligations. Contact form submissions are retained only for as long as needed to resolve the enquiry.

Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR), buyers have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data at any time. Requests can be submitted here.
