These terms and conditions govern all purchases made through frqzarts.com, operated by FRQZ ARTS. By placing an order, the buyer agrees to be bound by these terms in full. If any part of these terms is not agreed with, an order should not be placed.
1. About FRQZ Arts
FRQZ ARTS is operated by Furqan Owosho as a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. All artwork listed on the site is original work created by Furqan Owosho unless otherwise stated.
2. Products
All products sold through the shop are made-to-order fine art prints and canvas prints. Product listings include details of the print type, paper or substrate, dimensions, and fulfillment partner. As products are produced to order, each print is manufactured individually after purchase and is not held in stock.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise displayed. Prices are inclusive of the product only and do not include shipping, which is calculated separately at checkout based on the buyer's region. FRQZ ARTS reserves the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. FRQZ ARTS does not store, access, or handle payment card details at any point during the transaction.
4. Orders and Production
Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, production begins through the designated print fulfillment partner. Orders cannot be modified once production has started. Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting FRQZ ARTS through the contact form. After this window, cancellations are no longer possible and the order will be fulfilled as normal. FRQZ ARTS reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where fraudulent activity is suspected, payment cannot be verified, or the buyer has previously engaged in chargebacks or policy violations. In such cases a full refund will be issued.
5. Shipping and Delivery
All orders are shipped directly from the print fulfillment facility. Estimated delivery times are provided on the shipping policy page and at checkout, but are not guaranteed. FRQZ ARTS is not liable for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, or events outside of its control. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer once the carrier has taken possession of the parcel, except where the parcel is covered under the Damaged or Defective Orders section of the Returns and Refunds policy. 6. Returns and Refunds
All returns and refunds are handled in accordance with the Returns and Refunds policy published separately on this site. By placing an order, the buyer agrees to the terms outlined in that policy. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Returns and Refunds policy, the Returns and Refunds policy shall take precedence for matters relating to refunds, replacements, and claims.
7. Intellectual Property
All artwork, images, designs, text, and content displayed on frqzarts.com are the intellectual property of FRQZ ARTS and Furqan Owosho unless otherwise stated. No content from this site may be reproduced, distributed, modified, republished, displayed, or used in any form without prior written permission from FRQZ ARTS. Purchasing a print grants the buyer the right to display the physical print for personal, non-commercial use only. It does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, or any commercial usage rights. The buyer may not reproduce, scan, photograph for resale, or create derivative works from any purchased print. Any unauthorised use of the artwork or content from this site may result in legal action.
8. Fan Art Disclaimer
Certain prints sold through the shop may depict characters or subjects from existing intellectual properties. These pieces are original fan art interpretations created by Furqan Owosho and are sold as independent artistic works. FRQZ ARTS does not claim ownership of the original characters or intellectual properties depicted. If a rights holder has concerns about a specific listing, please get in touch through the contact form and the matter will be addressed promptly.
9. Accuracy of Listings
FRQZ ARTS makes every reasonable effort to ensure that product listings, images, descriptions, and specifications are accurate at the time of publication. However, slight variations in colour, texture, and finish between the listing image and the physical print may occur due to differences in screen calibration and printing processes. 10. Limitation of Liability
FRQZ ARTS shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of this website or the purchase of any product, including but not limited to loss of enjoyment, loss of anticipated savings, or any damage to property caused by the product after delivery. Total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the total amount paid by the buyer for that specific order. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UK law.
11. Force Majeure
FRQZ ARTS shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling an order caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, postal service disruptions, carrier delays, government actions, supply chain failures, or technical failures affecting third-party fulfillment partners. In such cases, FRQZ ARTS will make reasonable efforts to inform affected buyers and fulfill orders as soon as circumstances permit.
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Amendments
FRQZ ARTS reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the site. Continued use of the site or placement of an order after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is the buyer's responsibility to review the terms periodically.
